Please note that due to the high volume of orders, we take 5-7 business days to process orders. An email with tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

Once your order has been submitted it is immediately sent for processing. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point, we will be unable to make amendments to your order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

All orders come with a tracking number which you can track directly on our site. Simply click ‘Track my order’ in the email will take you straight to the parcel tracking page where the location of your parcel is updated from dispatch to delivery. Alternatively, enter your tracking number into ‘Track my order’ on our website.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?

We have fulfillment centers across the globe ranging from the USA, Asia, and Australia.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Absolutely! We offer a no questions asked, 30-day return policy. Simply send us an email letting us know you'd like to return or exchange the product. All SALE and PROMOTIONAL items are final sale. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on these items.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

We are terribly sorry if this has happened. Email us a clear picture of the faulty product and we will have a new shipment issued within 72 hours.
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us immediately. If more than 72 hours have gone by since your product receipt, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND YET.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days before your refund appears on your bank statement.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us immediately.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I ENTERED INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS?

Please contact us immediately if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect.
Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once your parcel has been dispatched.
